Luxe & Co. is a subscription service delivering a minimum of 5 full sized luxury beauty, health & wellness products worth up to the value of $300.00

We take the hard work out of sourcing hidden gems and deliver them conveniently to your doorstep every 3 months. 


HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?

Your Luxe & Co. box will cost $69.95 every 3 months.


HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR A LUXE & CO. BOX ?

Signing up to a Luxe & Co. box only takes a few minutes. Simply click here to select a subscription plan and checkout.


WHAT MONTHS WILL LUXE & CO. LAUNCH NEW BOXES ?

Luxe & Co. will send out new boxes on the months of February, May, August & November.


HOW DOES LUXE & CO. CHOOSE WHAT IS IN THE BOX ?

To ensure you receive the highest quality beauty, health & wellness products, our co-founders search the beauty, health & wellness world to select only the very best products to go in the box.

HOW MUCH VALUE DO I GET IN MY LUXE & CO. BOX ?

You will receive up to $300 worth of products in your luxe & Co. box.


CAN I TRY JUST ONE BOX ?

If you wish to just try 1 box, you can subscribe to our box subscription service & cancel your subscription prior to the 15th of the month prior to the following box launch to ensure that you do not receive the new box.


CAN I CHOOSE WHAT IS IN MY BOX ?

Luxe & Co. boxes are all about discovery so the contents of the box are a surprise. We like to include a mix of products in the box, every 3 months you will receive different products in your Luxe & Co. box.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?

Luxe & Co. only ship Australia wide.


HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION ?

Send us an email at support@luxeco.net or remove your payment information through your account page.


WHY DO YOU HAVE SO MUCH PACKAGING FOR THE BOX ?

The packaging is designed to protect the goods inside your box to reduce the amount of replacement shipments and waste created.


WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE ?

Boxes are sent using Australia post and you are sent the tracking number and shipping updates for your reference. 


WHEN WILL MY LUXE & CO. BOX ARRIVE ?

Your first box will be delivered within 5-7 days after purchase. This is heavily dependent on Australia post. 

Every box thereafter will be sent out every 3 months in the first week of the month.


HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ?

Simply log into your account, scroll down to the shipping address section & click ‘Add an Address’.  Fill out your new address and make sure that you tick the default address & save.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION ?

Log into your account, scroll down to the credit cards section & click ‘Edit’.  Fill out your card details & press save.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT ?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Amex. 

We are working on adding Paypal and Afterpay to the site as soon as possible.  


WHEN AM I BILLED ?

You will be billed every 3 months on the 20th of the month prior to the new box. 


WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I PURCHASE A GIFT SUBSCRIPTION ?

You will receive a confirmation email with the receipt of purchase. The e gift card will then be sent directly to the recipient of the gift. The recipient will then receive a unique code that they can use at checkout to redeem their gift box. 

Alternatively, you can send us an email after your purchase support@luxeco.net to request a hard copy gift certificate.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY BOX ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED ?

If your box or the items in the box arrive broken or damaged let us know via email support@luxeco.net and we will resend a new box out to you.
